WMEMC 2022 Postponed into 2023

“It is with a heavy heart that we announce that WMEMC 2022 will be postponed to 2023. When we started planning for this event in mid-2021, COVID-19 vaccine was already available and countries around the world were moving ahead with vaccinations, giving us the confidence to meet face-to-face in 2022.  However, with the emergence of Omicron at the end of 2021 and the seriousness of the global situation again, many countries have readjusted their entry and exit policies, making this offline conference a challenging event. We have been monitoring the situation closely and finally made the difficult decision to postpone it for a year to 2023.”
